Community Storytelling

The Village Storytelling Centre (VSC) improves lives and empowers communities by bringing people together, inspiring them to find, shape and share their voices and to realise their potential through the power of Storytelling. We provide a journey for people of all ages to access the arts, to engage in & develop their own creativity; to be confident in sharing their ideas, their stories and the stories of their community, ensuring their voices are at the heart of decision making and development. We aim to ensure people: have improved access to high quality cultural and cross art experiences; are included and their voices amplified; are empowered to reframe their narrative; come together and connect; have opportunity to collaborate.

We provide a range of activities across Greater Pollok including: weekly storytelling and arts sessions for children,  young people and adults including family sessions; story cafes and events, 1:1 storytelling sessions and training.
